The first few weeks pass in a blur of feeds, cuddles and milestones you swore you'd remember forever. A newborn session is a chance to press pause in the middle of all of it, to preserve the way your baby curls into your chest right now, the way your partner looks at them when they think no one is watching, the way your whole world has already started to revolve around them.
Because this version of your baby is here for a heartbeat.
You'll remember the big moments,coming home from the hospital, the first bath, the first night. But you won't remember the small ones. The way their fingers wrapped around yours while they slept. The way they fit so perfectly in the crook of your arm.
A newborn session isn't about photos of the baby. It's about photos of all of you, at the exact moment your family became this version of itself. The version that will never exist again.

For newborn sessions, I always come to you. Your home is part of your story — the bedroom you painted together, the corner where the nursing chair lives, the morning light that fills the living room. These are the details you'll want to remember, not a generic studio backdrop.

I don't pose newborns into unnatural shapes or force props. I observe, I gently guide, and I capture the quiet moments in between — the real, tender ones that happen when you stop worrying about the camera. Your little one spends most of the session right where they belong: in your arms.

Questions & answers
How much does a newborn session cost?
Sessions begin with a Creative Fee of HKD 2,500, which includes the pre-consultation, in-home session, and your private slideshow gallery. Complete newborn experiences start from HKD 6,400. Detailed pricing — and The Beginning Bundle — is included in my full Pricing Guide.
When should we book?
I recommend booking during your second trimester to reserve your spot. Once your baby arrives, we confirm the exact date together — ideally between days 5 and 30 of life.
Where does the session take place?
Always in your home. It's the most comfortable, stress-free setting for a newborn and the most meaningful backdrop for your story.
Do you use props, baskets or costumes?
No. My newborn work is purely lifestyle — no posed setups, no props, no costumes. Just your baby, your family, your home and natural light.
What if my baby cries the entire time?
Completely normal, and completely fine. Newborn sessions are slow by design. We feed, we soothe, we pause as often as needed. There's no time pressure. Some of my most beautiful images have come right after a long cry.
Can my older children and pets be in the photos?
Yes please — siblings and pets are part of the story. I photograph them naturally, no need to bribe, dress up or rehearse. They can be grumpy. That's real life and it photographs beautifully.
How many photos do we receive?
The number depends on the Collection you choose after seeing your gallery. Full details are in the Pricing Guide.
Do you deliver RAW or unedited images?
No. I consider my work as an artist unfinished in the raw files. You'll receive the polished, edited final versions — the way your story is meant to be told.
How long until we see the photos?
Your fully edited gallery is ready within 2 weeks of the session date.
Can we combine Maternity and Newborn sessions?
Yes — and I highly recommend it. When you book both together, the Creative Fee for your Newborn session is on me. Ask about The Beginning Bundle when we speak.

Every session begins with the Creative Fee of HKD 2,500. After your session, you choose your Collection, three thoughtfully curated options, each crafted to become a heirloom. Complete experiences start from HKD 6,400. Ask about The Beginning Bundle, Maternity + Newborn together.
Duration
If you picture those sleepy, curled-up newborn images, those are best captured within the first 3 weeks of life. If that look isn't a priority, we have much more flexibility,and sessions a little later have their own magic. I recommend booking during your second trimester to reserve your spot.
